Approved Organizers partner with the Esports Association of Malawi to propose and manage competitive Events. Apply to join the programme and, once approved by EAM, use the Organizer Centre to coordinate your assigned Events.

How EAM oversees Organizers
- •EAM applies the final decisions on Events, divisions, and registrations. Organizers submit requests and recommendations; EAM Admins approve them.
- •This keeps Events and applicants protected while the platform is in its controlled launch stage.
- •Direct Organizer authority is planned for a future secure platform upgrade.

Application requirements
What you will need to provide on the application form.
- Organizer name. Your public brand or organization name (required).
- Home district. Your primary district of operation (required). Choose from: Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Zomba, Mangochi, Kasungu, Karonga, Salima, Liwindi, Nkhotakota, Other.
- Description. A short description of your organization (optional).
- Contact email. A public email EAM can reach you at (optional).
- Contact phone. A public phone number (optional).
- Website or social link. A website or social profile for your organization (optional).
You must be signed in with a registered Esports Malawi Central account to apply. EAM reviews every application before any access is granted.
